Evony Attacking Strategy
Starting out in Evony, before you setup for an attack a of a Valley (terrain) or even an enemy or NPC city you need to increase troop numbers substantially, and having at least one scout is mandatory for virtually all attacks. (Unless you want to send your army in blind)
