If you dislike someone, or have a competitor with a host such as bluehost – you can apply for a DMCA and the site will immediately be taken down by the ISP. (Regardless of right or wrong) it’s a guilty until proven innocent system that has brought many websites, domains and web bussinesses to their knees.
